Key IP regularly counsels clients on strategic brand portfolio management and represents them in securing and perfecting their trademark rights.  Our work ranges from pre-adoption assessment to licensing and assignment of trademark rights to due diligence and negotiations regarding corporate transactions involving brands and trademarks.  Werepresent clients in filing and securing the registration of trademarksand designs by the USPTO and various states in the U.S.  We also assist clients in overseeing the filing and registration of their trademarks in foreign countries, including Canada, China, India, the United Kingdom, and the European Union and its member states.  In the U.S. alone, our attorneys are currently the attorney of record for over 200 trademark filings in the USPTO.
