John Harrop has extensive experience representing clients regarding the protection of their patent assets, particularly in the area of patent preparation and prosecution.  John regularly counsels clients regarding strategic management of their intellectual property portfolios and assists them in implementing their strategic plans. John also represents his clients in intellectual property disputes before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and has counseled and represented clients in various federal district courts throughout the country.
